After recently searching for a VW Palomino to be my next camper I failed simply due to the shortage of these rare campers for sale. Once my new to me VW T25 was parked on my drive, what would appear for sale on eBay? Yep, a stunning Volkswagen Palomino 1979 Camper Van with an immaculate interior, fully restored bodywork and in my favourite colour!
While searching for one of these vans I noticed a complete lack of information on the internet about this rare conversion. After much research I pulled together what I found.

It would appear that as few as 70 of these conversions were created in the short period between 1979 and 1980.
